1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the bd999 platform. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the service.

bd999 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect once published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new Terms.

1.2 Definitions

The meanings of some important terms used in this document are clarified below:

• "Platform" refers to the bd999 website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on bd999.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created for a member's personal use.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional benefit offered by bd999, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and other offers.
• "Wager" refers to the amount of money used for placing a bet.
• "Net Loss" refers to the remaining amount after deducting total winnings from total losses over a specified period.

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use any service on bd999, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Registration, deposits, or any form of betting by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. bd999 may request documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

Each member may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, bd999 reserves the right to close them and cancel all associated balances. The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Correct date of birth
• Valid email address

Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all winnings and bonuses. The member is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd999 may request a copy of a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify a member's identity when needed. This verification process may be mandatory before withdrawals or when depositing or withdrawing specific amounts. If verification documents are not submitted within the required time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bd999 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). Every deposit must be made from the member's own verified account — deposits through third parties are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. Accepted withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may remain pending until identity verification is complete. Withdrawal requests may be rejected if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit on bd999 can receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; to meet the wagering requirement, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be placed.

A bonus is never direct cash — winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

4.2 Other Promotions

bd999 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated on the relevant promotion page. Some current offers:

• bd999 Weekly Reload Festival: 30% bonus on deposits each week, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳200.
• bd999 Cricket Season Bonus: 50% bonus on deposits before betting on sports events, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x, minimum deposit ৳200.
• Friday Special Reward: 40% bonus on deposits every Friday, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳200.

Using multiple bonuses together is generally not permitted. bd999 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus. In cases of bonus abuse (such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or device), the account may be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Cashback Rules

bd999's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is given at each tier based on that week's net loss. For example: a Gold member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. Cashback is credited on a regular basis and will not exceed the rate set for the relevant tier.

5.1 General Betting Rules

On bd999, bets can be placed on sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other categories. Each category has specific rules that apply during play.

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical fault, network issue, or any other reason, bd999 will determine the result based on the server record. The server record is considered final over anything the member saw on their device screen.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports:

• Bets may be placed before a match starts or during live betting.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that match will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• In a multi-bet, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections will be treated as a single bet.
• bd999 reserves the right to cancel any bet if an unusual or suspicious betting pattern is detected.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd999:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Placing bets on opposite sides of the same event to meet bonus requirements
• Manipulating gameplay to abuse bonuses or avoid bonus terms
• Stealing or unauthorised use of another member's account details
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

If such activities are proven, bd999 will cancel the account and forfeit all balances.

6.1 Data Collection and Use

bd999 collects and processes members' personal information for the purposes of providing services, verifying accounts, and ensuring security. 6.2 Cookies and Tracking

7.1 Aware and Controlled Play

bd999 believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a way to increase financial pressure. Anyone under 21 does not have access to bd999. If a member has children or teenagers in their household, it is the member's responsibility to keep their device and account details secure. If bd999 suspects that a minor is using the service, that account will be closed immediately.

8.1 Technical Failures

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet issue, game software fault, or any other technical problem, bd999 will act based on the last correct record saved on the server. Whether compensation will be provided to the member in such a situation is entirely at bd999's discretion.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd999 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. bd999 is not liable for losses caused by a member's internet connection or device-related issues. If any claim is raised, the maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

9.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time through bd999's support channels. If active bonus wagering requirements have not been met before account closure, the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any deposited cash balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal rules.

9.2 Closure by bd999

bd999 may close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Serious breach of these Terms
• Providing false registration information
• Fraud or attempted deception
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Being under the minimum age

If an account is closed by bd999, the member's cash balance may be returned in some cases; however, bd999 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the event of a breach of these Terms.

10.1 How to Submit a Complaint

10.2 Final Decision

If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it will be escalated to bd999 management. The decision of management will be considered final and binding. For all disputes, bd999's server logs and database records will serve as the authoritative evidence.

11.1 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, an attempt will be made to enforce that part with the minimum necessary modification. All remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between bd999 and the member, and supersede all prior oral or written understandings. Any promise made by a bd999 employee or representative outside of these terms is not legally binding on bd999. To learn more about bd999, please read our About Us page.

11.3 Language of Communication

These terms are drafted in Bengali and the Bengali version is the authoritative text. If a translation is ever published in another language and a difference in meaning arises, the Bengali version will take precedence.
